Michael Scordino MCSI
Chief Executive
Michael is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and a seasoned CEO and strategist who possesses extensive expertise in operational management, transformative change, and optimizing performance. With over 30 years of experience, he has developed a highly adaptable skill set that spans various industry sectors, including construction, mining, house building, engineering, hospitality, FMCG, and automotive, among others. His exceptional operational knowledge lies in the field of technology, specifically in VR, AR, AI, Fintech, media, entertainment, event management, and IT. Additionally, he possesses a comprehensive understanding of intellectual property rights (IPR), its utilization, and effective financial management. Michael has acquired hands-on experience in IPR development, production, marketing, distribution, revenue maximization, digital transformation, and transitioning operations to online platforms. He has collaborated with private equity firms, wealth funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) to create value through the implementation of best practices in portfolio investments, M&A integration, bolt-on acquisitions, and post-acquisition streamlining. Known for his analytical acumen and strategic thinking, Michael has accumulated numerous years of leadership experience and a proven track record in business transformation and restructuring across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and China. In China, he has particularly focused on B2B and B2C markets while also establishing successful partnerships with the Chinese Government. Notably, Michael received a certificate of appreciation from the City of Long Beach, California, for his commendable achievements and collaborative efforts in twinning with the City of Qingdao, China. Furthermore, he is fluent in Italian.
Geraint Howells
CFO
Geraint Howells is a Chartered Accountant with over 16 years experience as a partner in a top 20 practice prior to setting up his own accountancy firm in 2010. He specialises in advising clients from the media, entertainment and intellectual property sectors on a range of issues including cash management, employee incentive schemes and the valuation of IP rights. He has experience of taking £10 Million+ clients on to the AIM market, financial and operational due diligence, negotiating acquisitions, expert witness evidence, designing and assisting in the implementation of internal systems and ‘hand holding’ directors through periods of change.
Tony Evans
Management Team - Operational Improvement
Tony has over 20 years of experience operating at interim CEO level on an international basis, He has implemented transformational change across a range of industries, ownership structures, company size, business conditions and countries. He has led organisations ranging in size up to c.10,000 employees, $0.5BN fixed assets and zero cash. During his interim career, Tony has added over $940M value for clients, not including balance sheet NAV. His ‘post-corporate’ career averages $67M added value per assignment and includes: 3 acquisition integrations, turned round3 JV organisations, initiated & led on 8 business sales, delivered 10 major company re-structuring assignments, achieved 2 soft landing administrations with high value added to creditors & shareholders & taken a national government to International Tribunal (& won). Tony is a strong believer in teamwork and empowerment as a business is brought under control and cut free to follow a well-crafted strategy. Tony enjoys operating in cross border, multi-cultural situations, with people who are passionate about their subject, adaptable in their behaviours and creatively agile in their approach to developing and implementing strategy successfully.Tony is a graduate scientist and a fully independently accredited member of the UK’s Institute of Interim Management, where he is currently Co-Chair and was elected a Companion in 2011 for his services to the industry. He currently holds 4 chairmanships and is a NED for a start-up fin-tech business.
Lance L. Young
Management Team - Media & Entertainment
Lance Young is a media/entertainment consultant and advisor. He has most recently advised or worked with GTCR, Guggenheim, Imagi, CitiGroup, Beijing Film Studio, DreamWorks Animation, Starz Animation, and Cinemalogical LLC. From 1999-2008, Mr. Young was Head of Creative Affairs and Production for DreamWorks Animation. At DreamWorks, Mr. Young maintained oversight in development and production of films from inception through release. During his tenure DreamWorks released 8 films including Shrek, Shrek II, Shark Tale, Shrek the Third, Bee Movie, Kung Fu Panda and Madagascar, and How To Train Your Dragon. Mr. Young currently lectures worldwide in the area of 3-D Technology and Production. He also is a commercial director and producer and produces programming for the Sportsman Channel. Mr. Young graduated from Harvard Business School and the USC Cinema/Television program where he subsequently taught as a professor in the Peter Stark Program. Fluent in French and Spanish.
Michel Schwarz

Michel is a highly experienced retail and brands expert with more than 25 years of experience in this sector, with expertise in retail strategy, retail trading formula, connected stores, omni-channel strategy, commercial due diligence, assortment structuring and in-season management, supply chain management, brand positioning, retail performance improvement and interim management.
He has advised numerous Private Equity investors and major retail groups. Formerly Director with Kurt Salmon and Management Horizons, he was also a director of various fashion brands. Michel is the founder and Managing Partner at Retail Transformation.
Graeme Strommen

Graeme is a highly experienced international financier having spent 40 years at HSBC Bank where he was responsible for establishing and leading the Global Middle Market Financial Sponsor group and teams of 120 leveraged finance professionals across North America, Europe and Asia.
His network incorporates a significant number of regional and global mid-cap private equity funds in all jurisdictions.
Specialist areas include deep experience in M & A financing solutions across a wide spectrum of sectors, credit risk & portfolio management expertise and balance sheet restructuring having had responsibility for AUM c. US$20bn globally.
Joyce Irvine
Advisory Team - Media & Entertainment
Joyce Irvine has been in the entertainment industry for many years in various capacities. She began as a theater actress in the UK, working all over country and in London’s West End. She has also written and directed a number of plays. After moving to Los Angeles, she transitioned to the film industry, where she worked in development as a consultant and script doctor for several independent companies and talent agencies. For eight years she worked for William Morris Agency in Los Angeles, analyzing books and scripts for film purposes. At the agency, she was involved at the conception of many successful projects for film and TV, such as ’The Perfect Storm’, ’K Pax’, ’John Adams’, ’Dexter’, and ’Game of Thrones’. For the last few years she has lived in the San Francisco bay area, where she has recorded several audio books, such as ’Sun of Suns’ by Karl Schroeder, and has worked as an editor for books and film scripts, and as a writing coach. She also teaches presentation skills, individually for actors and politicians, as well as in a corporate setting for IT personnel in companies like Cisco. Although the scope of her work is wide, her focus continues to be her original passions of writing and performance art.
Peter Bullard

Peter is an accomplished CEO with an exceptional track record of achievement in the media and entertainment business. He has over 20 years experience at the highest level working with two of the world’s biggest global media companies. He has particular expertise in digital distribution, content development, mobile services, channel launches and transformation and turnaround work, and with more than 15 years spent living overseas, has great cross cultural experience and sensitivity, most notably in the Asia-Pacific region. With an aggressive approach to driving both top and bottom line, Peter also likes to place strong emphasis on developing talent and teamwork, with a focus on overcoming internal barriers and resolving conflicts that so often stifle growth.

Robin now uses his extensive experience spanning over thirty years to assist and advise companies and stakeholders in devising effective strategies to emerge from financial stress and protect against insolvency risks.
Danilo La Farciola
Advisory - Italy
Danilo acts as a project manager in a large Italian construction company managing both private and public large-scale projects, as well as in real estate investment opportunities in strategic markets.
A critical thinker with a creative and pragmatic approach, as well as strong analytical skills. He studied business management at the University of Mannheim where he has become a member of the Mannheim Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
Danilo also holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Macerata with a thesis in international trade law.
Freddie Scordino
Digital Media & Technology
Freddie has recently graduated from Cardiff University with an LLB law degree and is now pursuing to become a fully qualified solicitor in England and Wales. With a diverse background in legal studies, Freddie’s interests include media and technology, digital currency, crypto fraud, money laundering, and cross-border transactions. Freddie brings a fresh and youthful approach to Postern.
Having interned at the prestigious international law firm, McDermott, Will & Emery LLP, Freddie's professional journey has been marked by significant growth. Freddie has now also completed an internship program at the London law firm, Preiskel & Co LLP, and is now looking forward to furthering his knowledge and skills and making his mark in the legal and investment world.
Uriel Ekstein

Uriel brings extensive experience in private banking, fintech innovation, and venture building. He began his career as a private banker and licensed financial advisor at Bank Leumi and Julius Baer, forging strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, wealth funds, and institutional clients. Recognising the growing importance of technology in finance, Uriel then shifted his focus to scouting for top-tier banks, where he identified emerging solutions for complex technological challenges and connected them to the startup ecosystem.
In 2021, he co-founded Velotix, a data security platform. Uriel holds a degree in Business Administration from the IDC, supplemented by Private Equity & Venture Capital courses at the Technion and Bocconi University. His combined expertise in innovation strategy, and business development places him at the forefront of digital transformation, consistently delivering value and strategic insights to both enterprises and startups alike.
